Team Contacts

Relationships at your firm do not live in one person's inbox. They are spread across your entire team. But without a shared view, that collective network stays invisible. Team Contacts changes that.

Your collective network, in one place

When you invite teammates to Andsend, you gain visibility into your shared network. You can see which contacts your team is already in touch with, where your firm has strong relationships, and where there are gaps.

This means no more "does anyone know someone at this company?" moments in meetings. Warm paths that would otherwise stay hidden become visible and actionable.

Coordinate without stepping on each other

When multiple people on your team are in touch with the same company or contact, it is easy for outreach to become uncoordinated. Team Contacts shows you when a colleague has recently been in contact with someone, so you can avoid double-outreach and approach the right accounts together.

What you can see as a team

  • Which contacts are shared across your team and who owns the relationship

  • Where your firm has strong connections at target accounts

  • When a colleague last engaged with a contact

  • Gaps in coverage before they become problems

A note on privacy

Team Contacts is about patterns and visibility, not surveillance. Your team sees who knows whom and the strength of relationships – not the contents of private conversations. Everyone stays in control of what they share.

Getting started

You can invite teammates directly from your Andsend settings. Once they connect their accounts, your shared network becomes visible automatically.
