Overview
The Actions view brings all your pending outreach and conversations together in a single feed. Andsend helps you manage all of your conversations where something is happening, and also surfaces new connections, job changes, check-ins, and career updates for contacts you have tagged.
You can filter the feed to see exactly what you need: all your latest conversations, contacts waiting for your reply, new connections, people with job changes, or check-ins that are due. You can also filter by a specific tag to work through a group of contacts one by one.
When you open a conversation, Andsend suggests a message based on the context of your relationship. Review it, adjust if needed, and send.
Replies and follow-ups
Andsend keeps track of all your ongoing conversations. If someone is waiting for your reply, it shows up in your feed. If a follow-up makes sense based on the context of a conversation, Andsend surfaces it at the right moment. Someone mentioned they are back from vacation on May 6th? The follow-up appears on May 6th. You promised to send a deck on Monday? Andsend reminds you Monday morning and helps you draft it.
These work across all your contacts, regardless of tags.
New connections
Every time you add a new connection to your network, Andsend creates an action for it. This gives you a natural moment to start the relationship with a suggested message ready to go.
Check-ins
Check-ins are tag-specific. On any Smart Tag, flip the Check-in switch and set your preferred frequency. Andsend will surface that person again on your schedule, whether that is 3 weeks or 3 months from now. If something relevant happens before the timer runs out, Andsend bumps them up immediately.
You set the rhythm. Andsend keeps the thread alive.
Job changes
Job changes are also tag-specific. Set up a Smart Tag for the people you want to stay close to and flip on the job changes switch. When someone matching that tag changes roles, they appear in your action feed with a tailored suggestion for reaching out.
Working through your actions
The simplest way to use Actions is to treat it as your daily starting point. Open the feed, pick a filter or tag, and work through the list. Each conversation opens with a suggested message you can send, edit, or skip.
