What Team Insights shows you
When your team connects their accounts to Andsend, you get a shared view of every company you are collectively connected with, through your own network, a colleague's, or both.
On each company page, you can see:
Your team's overall Relationship Score with that company
Recent activity across the team (conversations, notes, calls, messages sent and received)
How many new connections your team has added at that company over time
Which team members have the strongest relationships with specific contacts there
This gives everyone the same picture before any outreach happens.
The relationship timeline
Under Team Connections on a company page, you will find a relationship overview showing how your team's connection with that company has developed over time. It tracks logged activity -- conversations, notes, calls -- and shows whether the relationship is growing or stagnating.
Use this to gauge how much groundwork has already been done before deciding on next steps.
Finding your strongest path in
For each contact at a company, Andsend shows the current relationship depth: new contact, warming up, established, or trusted.
This tells you who on your team is best positioned to reach out, and what the current status of that relationship is so you can judge whether it is strong enough to act on or needs more attention first.
If a colleague has a stronger connection to the right person, you can send a Request Introduction directly through Andsend. That way, outreach goes through the warmest path rather than starting cold.
Filtering by current and past employees
You can filter contacts at a company by current employees or people who used to work there. Past employees can be valuable if someone who left a target account still has strong relationships inside and is willing to make an introduction.
Tracking companies and contacts over time
You can tag specific companies you want to keep an eye on. This lets you monitor how your team's relationship with those accounts develops as activity is logged over time.
For individual contacts at those companies, Smart Tags are a powerful way to identify and track the people most relevant to a specific focus area. Smart Tags are AI-powered labels you define for example, you might create one for "Decision Maker" or a specific service area. Andsend then scans your contacts and conversations to find the best matches automatically.
A note on privacy
Team Insights shows relationship patterns and activity signals -- not the contents of private conversations. Everyone stays in control of what they share.
