New in December: A dedicated home for Playbooks 🧭

Playbooks now have their own home in Andsend.

What’s new:

  • All playbooks are now accessible from a single place

  • Improved overview and navigation

  • Easier to manage your relationship-building strategies for different groups of contacts.

New in December: Chat agent in Contacts 💬

You can now use a chat agent directly in Contacts to explore and surface relevant people.

What’s new

  • Ask natural-language questions about your contacts

  • Quickly identify who to reach out to without manual filtering

  • Works across your existing contact data

New in December: Company view 🏢

You can now explore your network from a company perspective.

What’s new

  • Browse companies and instantly see all your connections at each one

  • Understand relationship strength across those connections, company by company

  • Identify the best way in from a team perspective before reaching out

Company view helps you understand where you’re already strong, where you’re cold, and who has the warmest connection, so you can reach out with better context and coordination.

December addition: The Christmas Playbook 🎄

We’ve added a ready-to-use Christmas Playbook to support year-end outreach.

What’s new

  • A structured playbook designed for Christmas greetings

  • Guidance that removes the need to start from a blank page

  • Fully editable to match your own voice

Just add your contacts and start sending Christmas greetings.

December is one of the few moments where reaching out without an agenda feels natural. The Christmas Playbook helps you act on that moment thoughtfully and quickly.
