If you have been using the old Zaplify with automated campaigns and have moved to the Andsend, you might want to reach out to prospects you had in your old campaigns.

This guide describes how to move over prospects from your old campaigns to the new platform.

Go to the campaigns overview to view your old Zaplify campaigns. You will not be able to run campaigns in Andsend. Instead of campaigns, you should move the prospects to your conversations.

Step 1. Go into a campaign by clicking on a campaign card.

Step 2. When you're in a campaign, you can select prospects and move them to Andsend. Remember that in Andsend, each touchpoint is more personal, so you usually don't need to reach out to as many prospects. Start by moving the high-priority prospects.

To move prospects, you select the ones you want to have in Andsend, and click "Move to messenger". The prospects will now be removed from the campaign and appear in the "Contacts" view.

Step 3. When moving prospects from the old Zaplify to Andsend they will be inactive to not overload you with to-do's. To generate a to-do for your old prospects you go to "My contact" and select the prospects you wish to activate. Once activated a "To-do" and a pre generated message will be created.
