Andsend is an innovative tool designed to streamline your business communications on both LinkedIn and email. Andsend will help you craft messages that convert, decide the best times and channels for follow-ups, and manage responses efficiently. You will always stay in control over what's going out.

Step-by-Step guide to get started:

1. Add a Prospect

Start by adding a prospect you want to contact through our prospect search feature.

2. Pre-Generated Message To-Do's

Once you’ve added a prospect, a to-do item will appear in your conversations section with a pre-generated message crafted specifically for that prospect. The message will be personalized based on the prospect and business data, as well as analysis of your website. Our AI will get even better when you have sent more messages, expect to see much better quality in the tone-of-voice and content after you've sent around 5 messages through Andsend.

3. Customize the AI Settings in Playbooks

If you need to modify how messages are pre-generated, you can tweak the AI settings in your Playbooks. Either by clicking on the Andsend logo on the top left or in the Playbooks page.

Here’s what you can adjust:

  • Purpose: Define the intent of your message, such as "start a conversation", "Invite to event", "Start conversations with investors", etc.

  • Tone-of-voice: Choose the desired tone for your message, whether formal, casual, funny, etc. We recommend adding "...and concise" to the tone-of-voice for best results, e.g. "Casual and concise".

  • Language: Select the languages in which you want to generate messages. Our AI will dynamically generate the best-fitting one. For example, if you've added "French", the AI generates a message in French if the prospect is located in a French-speaking country, otherwise, it will fall back to English.

  • Custom Instructions: Provide the AI with extra details like information about your service, relevant links, or your email signature to personalize the message further.

4. Review and Send

If the pre-generated message looks good, you can send it right away by clicking the blue send button. Otherwise, you can tweak the last details of the message before sending it. The AI assistant will have chosen the best channel (LinkedIn or email) for the message. However, you always have the option to manually switch between email and LinkedIn. If you're not connected on LinkedIn, a LinkedIn message will automatically be a connection request. If you are connected it will be a LinkedIn message. Andsend detects this automatically.

5. Track Your Conversations

After sending a message, it will move from the to-do tab to the all conversations tab. This tab allows you to keep track of all your ongoing communications. You can view the status of each conversation and follow up as needed.

6. Automatically Generated Follow-ups and Replies

The AI assistant will automatically create a new to-do item for a follow-up message when the time is right. If the recipient replies, Andsend will generate a to-do with a suggested respons instantly. This ensures that your conversations continue smoothly.

7. Managing Your To-Do List: Snooze and Delete Functions

To help you stay organized, you can Snooze and Delete irrelevant To-do's. Here’s how to manage these tasks using the Snooze and Delete options.

Snooze a To-Do

If you need to pause a task temporarily, the Snooze function allows you to reschedule for a later date. This is how you snooze a to-do:

  1. Navigate to your To-Do list.

  2. Select the conversation you want to snooze.

  3. Click the Snooze button in the top right and choose a date when you’d like to revisit this conversation.

Once snoozed, the task will disappear from your active list and reappear when it’s time to follow up.

Delete a To-Do

If a conversation is no longer relevant, you can remove it from your to-do list so that it doesn't reappear with the Delete function. This is how you delete a to-do:

  1. Go to your To-Do list.

  2. Select the conversation you want to delete.

  3. Click the Snooze button, there you get the option to to remove the converstaion from your list.

Use Delete for completed or unnecessary tasks, keeping your To-Do list focused and clutter-free.

Best Practices

  • Use Snooze for conversations you wish to continue but want to delay.

  • Use Delete for conversations that are finished and you don't wish to continue for the time being.

Automatic Re-Engagement Reminders

Even if you snooze or delete a conversation, Andsend will automatically re-add it to your to-do list if the contact writes to you, posts on LinkedIn, or changes jobs. This way, you’re prompted to re-engage with contacts at key moments, helping you strengthen your relationships without missing any important updates.

By following these steps, you can leverage Andsend to enhance your business communication, maintain relationships more effectively, and focus on what matters most, growing your business.
