Step 1 - Test it on us!
Begin by reaching out to the Andsend employee we've added as a default contact.
Step 2 - Add your first contacts
From there, you can expand your list of contacts to reach out to by heading to the Contacts section. Choose from a variety of options to add contacts:
Go to Discover and use the Filter search to find contacts based on specific criterias.
In the Discover section you can also explore personalized Suggestions.
Go to the Import section and Import connections from your LinkedIn network.
In the Import section you can also Upload your own contact list.

Step 2 - Send your Messages
Once your contacts are added, you’ll find pre-generated message suggestions waiting for you in the To-do tab. You can either send the message as is or personalize it to suit your style. Over time, the AI will adapt to your tone based on previous messages you've sent, improving its suggestions.
Decide whether to send your message via LinkedIn or email then just hit the blue Send button, and you're off to a great start!

To-dos: When a contact responds, Andsend will automatically create a new to-do, prompting you to engage. If there’s no reply after a few days, we’ll generate a follow-up to-do, ensuring you stay on top of your outreach without missing a beat.
You can always view your sent messages in the Conversations tab, but there's no need to manually track follow-ups. We’ll do the heavy lifting by notifying you when it’s time to reconnect.
Step 3 - Customize Your Playbooks
Your Playbook is where you can refine your messaging strategy. Go to the Playbook tab to create or edit your Playbooks. Personalize your outreach for different audiences, change languages, tone-of-voice, goal, and add other information to create a consistent approach that works for you.
In the toolbox you can add information in text you want the AI to use when writing your messages but you can also add instructions to the AI for how it should generate messages. As you send more messages, the AI will learn from your edits, allowing it to offer smarter, more tailored suggestions.

Step 4 - Repeat and Optimize
With your contacts added and your Playbook customized, you’re ready to send messages and build connections consistently. Andsend will handle automatic reminders and follow-ups, while you focus on building relationships.
As you continue to use Andsend, its AI will fine-tune message suggestions, improving with each interaction. And that’s it! You’re all set to start connecting with Andsend. Keep refining your approach, and let us manage the details.
